We do not accept returns on food-grade materials, special-order products, or items outside the 5-day reporting window. Returns are evaluated only when a shortage or order issue is reported promptly and meets our documented policy requirements.
You can place an order by calling us at 559-897-0711, or by visiting our store in person Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We do our best to ship smaller orders the same day or the next business day, depending on when the order is placed. For larger orders, we can generally have pallet-quantity orders ready for pickup within one day.
You do not need a credit account to shop with us. Anyone is welcome to walk into our store and purchase what they need—we accept cash and card for all walk-in orders.
If you’d like to apply for a credit account, you can call us to request the paperwork. The approval process typically takes 1–5 weeks.
